Tenants of Health
In spite of, and in contrast with, conventional medical dogma, these seven factors above ALL others are the drivers of health or disease depending on your daily habits. And they are:

MINDSET
Positive mental attitude regardless of situation is required to regain and maintain health.

BREATHING
Inspiration requires inhalation. Changing the rate and route of your breathing can and will have profound effects on your health from moment to moment.

SUNLIGHT
We require the sun directly on our skin and in our eyes for optimal health. It's not a mere suggestion, but absolutely critical for healing and health.

WATER
It is often said that "water is life." Proper hydration is required for nearly every chemical reaction, and this optimal cellular function to occur. Dilution is the solution to pollution inside and outside the body.

MAGNETISM
The healing magnetic frequency of the earth is essential to regain and maintain energy production and homeostasis. Insulating yourself from this magnetic field is both the cause of, and exacerbates, many chronic diseases. Non-native EMFs are absolutely pathogenic (a.k.a. disease causing.)

HORMETIC STRESS
Exposing yourself to heat and cold in the form of saunas, hot and cold water, and the natural environmental fluctuation in temperature is one of the most beneficial daily practices you can engage in. Avoiding these fluctuations accelerate the ageing process.

ELECTRONS
Electrons are the source and driver of all energy and energy production-period. We run of low voltage current, a.k.a,electrons, and derive electrons from food, the Earth, and the Sun. Avoiding exposure to the Sun and the Earth, as most of us do, is a huge driver of chronic disease.
